Back in February, we got our hands on a brief teaser for the second season of HBO’s critically-acclaimed series Sports Entourage… sorry, I mean Ballers, and it was basically Christmas for people who love models, strippers, boats, and angry athletes. On top of that, we got a good look at Andy Garcia as an extremely powerful financial guru, and it was a nice little appetizer to hold fans over until the second season begins this month. The only problem, of course, was that the teaser was made private and Christmas was ruined because we couldn’t watch the models and fast boats and cars anymore. Bah humbug.
On Monday, though, HBO released the Ballers season two teaser and it will never be taken away from us again. Everyone can welcome back Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Rob “The Funny Man” Corddry, Andy “The Excellent Actor” Garcia, and all of the aforementioned models and boats. Of course, if you’re a fan of plot details, there’s only a little goodness in this teaser for you, unlike the first trailer we saw in April. We already know that The Rock and Garcia are going to face off in a financial management battle of David vs. Goliath, but what we really want to know is whether or not Vin Diesel will show up to protect his reputation.
