The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon is known for its viral moments, and thanks to Claire Danes, they may have one today with the F-bomb she dropped while playing a friendly game of “Fast Family Feud.”
On the first question (“Name something you call someone when you can’t remember their name.”), this game goes wrong almost immediately, when Fallon gets to the buzzer first, but Danes yells out an answer anyway. “Did I get it?” she asks. “No! Mine lit up!” Fallon answers. Danes’s response is bleeped out, but you can probably guess what she says when she corrects herself to the more PG-rated curse word, “Fudge.” Danes then proceeds to tank at the rest of the game, admitting she doesn’t recognize “BRB” (“name the most common text message abbreviation”), and then guessing that people bring home “homework” from Spring Break. The No. 1 answer is “STD,” by the way.
Danes does win the last question, which asks for a clean word to use in place of a curse word. She guesses “fudge,” the word she just used, and gets the No. 3 answer. Then she guesses “shoot” and wins the whole game. To be honest, it’s kind of crazy that this show airs much later than the real Family Feud and the answers aren’t anywhere near as explicit, but all’s well that ends well, we suppose.
