Don Rickles Was Pure ‘Mr. Warmth’ During This Classic Interview On ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’

When Don Rickles makes a late-night appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, you know you’re usually in for a memorable time. Rickles gets away with things that would throw most people into “think piece” mode — As Chet said, the words “midget” and “Chinaman” were used in the first 2 minutes — and he’s a living legend of the business. Rubbing shoulders with the likes of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin is not something many people can say these days and Rickles brings it all out with his appearances.

It also helps that he has a more relaxed attitude with Kimmel, and you can tell they have a past relationship (nothing on the level of Kimmel and Buddy Hackett, but it’s pretty close). There was also this revelation during the interview, coming from Rickles’ guest appearance on John Stamos’ new show:

Yeah, that’s Rickles, Deion Sanders, and Lil Wayne all posing for a photo together. Gotta assume Stamos is the one taking the photo, or he’s off being Uncle Jesse on Fuller House. So if you needed something for your “long-running” game of Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, Lil Wayne can now be connected to Frank Sinatra, who guest starred in Cannonball Run 2 with Burt Reynolds, who starred in Strip Tease with Demi Moore, who opposed Kevin Bacon in the courtroom in A Few Good Men. Insanity brought directly to you, all thanks to Don Rickles.
