Last week’s stirring episode of Game of Thrones, “The Broken Man,” saw not only the introduction of Ian McShane’s Brother Ray, but also the return of the Hound and his sparring partners in the Brotherhood Without Banners. It’s not the same Brotherhood that we remember, though. They used to protect the commonfolk from those no-good Lannisters, but now they’re killing the innocent for reasons possibly having to do with the Hound and Arya Stark.
Some viewers believe it’s because the Brotherhood is currently led by the revenge-driven Lady Stoneheart (you might have heard about her), and it’s no coincidence they attacked and slaughtered Brother Ray’s flock only after Sandor Clegane joined the clan. Remember, the last time the Brotherhood saw the Hound, he had just run off with Arya. They could be trying to flush him out, to get to the Lady’s daughter. It’s not the worst plan?
An actor who played one of the three banner-less riders from “The Broken Man” confirmed on Twitter that his character’s name is Lem Lemoncloak, a prominent menace from the books who stays with the Brotherhood when Lady Stoneheart’s in charge. And he’s stirring the Zombie Cat flames.

Jóhannes Haukur is winning the “Game of Trolls.” Again, if Lady Stoneheart is ever going to show up (something book readers have been anticipating for, oh, the past three seasons), now’s the time to do it.
