Justin Bieber and Seth Rogen have something of a history together. After Justin Bieber’s DUI last year, Seth Rogen famously tweeted what might be the best tweet anyone has ever tweeted: “All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of sh*t.” He later clarified his remark, first on Watch What Happens Live and then again on The Howard Stern Show where he revealed that years prior, the two had met backstage at a German talk show where Bieber was not exactly gracious to his elder. Bieber soon after passive aggressively apologized on Twitter.
But that was the OLD Justin Bieber. As we know, new apologetic Justin Bieber has been instilled with a new found sense of humility and self awareness, and he wants to set things right by inviting Seth Rogen to participate in his upcoming Comedy Central roast. Or something. In the past few days, starting just before his birthday, Justin Bieber has been tweeting at Seth Rogen, begging him to join:
@Sethrogen all I want for my birthday is for you to roast me. I took the twitter bashing please make my bday and do it in person. Thanks

@Sethrogen I would have emailed u but this is the only electronic communication with u that doesn't scare me. Hope to see u at the roast :)

As much as I do plan on watching Justin Bieber’s roast and would enjoy seeing Seth Rogen take down his swaggy nemesis down one last time, it would be a much bigger middle finger to ignore the kid and be on his way. I don’t know what could comically top “piece of sh*t” anyway.
