This is the opening credits of The Sopranos painstakingly recreated, shot-for-shot, using clips from Grand Theft Auto 5. It’s really impressive, especially when you watch the side-by-side comparison in the video below, and especially when you stop to think about how long it probably took to make. Although I suppose I’m using the term “impressive” pretty loosely here. You and me and all the other mashup-savvy Internet types (read as: nerrrrrrrds) see something like this and think “Wow, that’s really cool,” but I imagine there are pearl-clutching moms and high school guidance counselors all over the country who see it and think “YOU’RE WASTING YOUR POTENTIAL YOU COULD HAVE BEEN A DOCTOR.” It’s all about perspective. That’s what I’m getting at.
