210 days until Star Wars: Star-studded talent comes out to draw ‘The Force Awakens’ comic

This summer, Star Wars: The Force Awakens joins the original cast on the comic book page with a 5-issue limited run from Marvel Comics. To celebrate the arrival of STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS ADAPTATION #1, some of the biggest names in the comic book industry have come on board to draw some stunning variant cover. If Rey staring into the vastest of space from the desert sands of Jakku doesn”t give you emotions, you might be dead inside.

Written by Chuck Wendig (Star Wars: Aftermath) and drawn by Luke Ross (Hercules) STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS ADAPTATION #1 follows the story of the film. Readers will meet the young scavenger Rey, the stormtrooper deserter Finn,and Resistance ace pilot Poe Dameron as their lives collide. Together they”ll take on the dark apprentice Kylo Ren, galactic leader Hux, and the mysterious man behind it all…Snoke.

The comic will feature covers from the likes of Joe Quesada, John Cassaday, Phil Noto, and Esad Ribic. Collect them all this June.
