ABC renews “Resurrection” and “Once Upon a Time”
They”ll return for a respective 2nd and 4th season. Also renewed: “Revenge,” “Scandal,” “Castle” and “Grey's Anatomy.”
ABC picks up Shonda Rhimes' “How to Get Away with Murder,” “American Crime” and “Black-ish”
Viola Davis stars in “How to Get Away with Murder,” playing a law professor who gets wrapped up in a murder mystery. “American Crime,” from Oscar-winning “12 Years a Slave” writer John Ridley,” stars Felicity Huffman and Timothy Huffman in a drama about racial tensions. And Larry Wilmore”s “Blackish” stars Anthony Anderson as an upper middle-class family many who”s trying to maintain a sense of African-American cultural identity among his children. PLUS: ABC picks up comedies Prince “Galavant” and “The Whispers” from Steven Spielberg, plus supernatural series “Forever” and comedy “Selfie.”
