The second episode of Game of Thrones' sixth season was packed with murder, giants, dragons, magic, Max von Sydow as the Three-Eyed-Raven, a tease of one of the most popular fan theories coming to life, a brutal death-by-hound…In fact, there was enough happening in this episode that one has to wonder if the show is, in some way, distracting us from the inevitable predictability of Jon Snow's return.
