Kara Danvers has fought a lot of villains on “Supergirl”, each with different strengths and skills. In the upcoming episode, “Red Faced”, Kara has to fight not just a villain, but a military combat device gone rogue.
This device is known as the “Red Tornado”. It is a military-grade combat robot developed by General Lane. This device has the super strength of a terminator, and will be an intense adversary for Kara (Melissa Benoist) to take down.
The episode title, “Red Faced”, may allude not only to the literal red-faced cyborg, but also to Kara overcoming multiple embarrassments, including being yelled at by General Lane and her boss Cat Grant.

Personal and professional stress get the better of Kara when she goes too far during a training exercise against Red Tornado, a military cyborg commissioned by Lucy Lane”s father, General Sam Lane. Also, Cat”s tough exterior is shaken by a visit from her judgmental mother, Katherine, and Alex enlists Winn to look into her father”s mysterious death.
