Rosie Perez, who”s set to co-star with Larry David on Broadway, will join for George W. Bush and John McCain aide Nicolle Wallace when “The View” returns Sept. 15, according to Deadline. They”re replacing Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy.
