If you're familiar with Ty Burrell's Emmy-winning, endlessly goofy work on “Modern Family,” you might be shocked to learn he's all business in “Muppets Most Wanted.” As Interpol inspector Jean Pierre Napoleon, he and associate Sam the Eagle furrow their considerable brows for 90 straight minutes in pursuit of the nefarious Kermit doppelganger Constantine. Thankfully, the seriousness of Jean Pierre's quest is offset by his extremely Frawnch, extremely Clouseau accent.
