It’s been an eventful 24 hours for Bernie Sanders. Larry David’s cranky doppelgänger was booed after telling his supporters to vote for Hillary Clinton (inspiring Sarah Silverman to fire back, “Can I just say, to the Bernie or Bust people, you’re being ridiculous”), and gave a rousing speech at the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia. “I’m with Hillary,” Sanders said with conviction. “Hillary Clinton will make an outstanding president and I am proud to stand with her here tonight.” Ted Cruz, he ain’t.
Sanders — or more likely, one of his #hip staffers — also, like Clinton before him, used Twitter to try to shut Trump up. Good luck with that.

The tweet in question: “Bernie Sanders totally sold out to Crooked Hillary Clinton. All of that work, energy and money, and nothing to show for it! Waste of time.” Trump — who, as Sanders previously pointed out, is the “same guy who was too afraid to debate Bernie in California” — is still jealous that Sanders raised more money than him. It’s no “delete your account,” but “never tweet” is still pretty good, and inspired some interesting reactions on Twitter.
