In the wake of Kimye’s epic takedown of Taylor Swift on Sunday night, it seems like Snapchat is the new method of choice for people to expose their opponents. Hillary Clinton is jumping on that train, with her campaign posting proof that she and Chris Christie were not always so at odds. Christie may have screamed for Clinton to be “locked up” during his Republican National Convention speech on Tuesday night, but Clinton has the receipts to prove that their working relationship wasn’t always so contentious.

Honestly, when compared with his “hostage face” during that infamous Super Tuesday Trump speech, this is a glimpse at a happier, freer Christie. I guess aligning with Trump is taking its toll.
Clinton also went hard after Christie on Twitter, calling his ethics into question after he raised doubts about hers.

I guess this is where political discourse was always destined to end up, with bigwigs slugging it out over social media. Between Clinton’s “Delete your account” and Trump’s never-ending Twitter self praise, we probably should have seen this coming. Snapchat, once used by millennials to send nudes, is now an actual political weapon. What a time to be alive.
