Australia’s Today show is a gift that never stops giving. On Monday, a video went viral featuring our favorite host Karl Stefanovic hilariously reacting to a clip of a huge shark and declaring that he’d never go back in the ocean. “Just go to the local pool!” Stefanovic shouted.
Sounds like a plan, Karl.
In this clip, which I believe aired Tuesday morning over there, Today sent weatherman Steven Jacobs to an indoor pool to interview some dude whose job somehow involves dangling on a board over water, which also apparently requires a four-year degree and military training. During this discussion, Jacobs was also dangling, not from a board, but a rope ladder, and it ends exactly how you’d expect it to. I wish I could trade Australian Today for the one we have over here.
