Here’s a nice little clip to break up the awards coverage and assorted bullsh*t. It was shot on August 27th at Teahupo’o in Tahiti (terrifying on an average day) when the waves were labelled “double code red” by the French Navy (insert your own joke here) who had supposedly threatened to arrest anyone who got in the water. Not that you would need to threaten me, I’d be the guy watching from the beach, pissing my pants and uncontrollably crying. I would rather try to ride an actual great white shark than this.
