In the wake of the tragic shootings in Aurora, Colorado, we’ve unfortunately heard from some serious scumbags who have used the deaths of innocent people to push their political agendas or simply gain notoriety. Whatever their cause, their fleeting moments of fame are unavoidable in this era of universal access and unlimited communication. However, the simplest way to fight back against these terrible people is to just not mention their names. Hence, I refer to the shooter as Sh*t Goblin.
It was also only a matter of time before the infected blisters of humanity’s taint known as the Westboro Baptist Church chimed in on how “something something burn in hell, God’s plan, etc.” Tim Phelps, son of the vindictive, (alleged) child- and woman-beating Fred Phelps, recorded his insight on last week’s shootings and I’m sure that he had some points and opinions, but I couldn’t make it past the 1980s high school AV club logo.
After the jump, you can watch the video for yourself, or you can watch the alternative video that I have provided as a means of ignoring the famous Kansas church, or Butthole Theater, as I now refer to it.
So here’s Tim Phelps mouth-breathing his way through an insult-laden rant about something, or you can skip over it and watch Parry Gripp’s “Neon Pegasus”. Tough choice, right?
