Def Jam had a private listening session for August Alsina’s, “Testimony,” album last night. The event was hosted by Angela Yee and guests included, Fabolous, Pusha T, DJ Khaled and more. August Alsina received a gold plaque for his hit single, “I Luv This Sh!t.” The day before I was at Alsina’s video shoot for, “Grind & Pray,” featuring Fabolous. Other features on, “Testimony,” include, Young Jeezy, Pusha T, Yo Gotti, Rick Ross, B.o.B and Trinidad James. I enjoyed Alsina’s singles such as, “I Luv This Sh!t,” & “Ghetto,” and think this will be a solid debut. “Testimony,” drops April 15th which is the birthday of his deceased older brother.
