You would think entertainers taking time out of their schedule to visit a school and donate money would be a good thing, but when Migos posted this picture on Instagram the backlash was harsh. In the slideshow you can see several people commenting on them not donating enough in their opinions. People pointed out the value of their chains and that their shoes cost more than a $1,000. I think it is petty to have this outlook. At the end of the day they were not obligated to donate a nickel. The same people criticizing them have probably never donated a dime to a school in their life. Even if they have less money than the Migos, they can surely afford to make donations if they cared to. BUT, on the other hand making a big check for a $1,000 can be looked as extra. The school might have chose to do that to encourage others to donate.
