At long last, the talk of Travi$ Scott’s Birds In The Trap Sing McKnight‘s release date has finally turned from “next week,” you know back in June, to a definitive August 5. The news came during his show out at the Ford Amphitheater in Coney Island, NY.
Travi$ Scott is one of the next rappers to join the list of two albums in one year. Rodeo came out last September and did exceptionally well on the charts, selling around 75,000 first week. We can only imagine if Birds In The Trap will top that. All signs point to a strong possibility, because there wasn’t a huge hit single going into Rodeo that propelled those numbers. It was his fans. “Antidote” would end up platinum three months later in December, which certainly didn’t hurt the shelf life of the album. So, by logic, Scott has only gotten bigger since.
Just in case you needed some more excitement, Travi$ performed a new song during his set that you can hear in surprisingly good quality below.

So, with Birds… out in about a week, does that mean we get that single with the “greatest rapper” on it this Friday?
