The latest trailer for Alice Through The Looking Glass got some airtime during the Grammys and it was likely the trippiest thing on screen all night. All of the characters from the original are back, with Johnny Depp playing up the oddity of the Mad Hatter, and Mia Wasikowska is much more of a known quantity than the first time she played Alice. Standing out is Alan Rickman as Absolem The Caterpillar, recorded before his death earlier this year, and Pink’s cover of “White Rabbit” by Jefferson Airplane. Sacha Baron Cohen definitely wants The Mad Hatter to kill him when “White Rabbit” peaks.
A new poster was also released earlier today, which looks very similar to the first movie if you haven’t seen that. A little weird, a little colorful, and Johnny Depp is right up front and center.

And if that wasn’t enough, you can check out Pink recording her trippy cover for “White Rabbit” here. Not bad for a cover song, but it’s no Grace Slick drunkenly screaming at fans and everybody being high as a kite. Rock has lost that edge a long time ago.
