As filming continues on X-Men: Apocalypse, director Bryan Singer continues to share great images and videos on his Instagram account. We’ve seen quite a bit already, from the first tease of Caliban to another supposedly fantastic Quicksilver scene, but his latest shares give us a good shot of Sophie Turner’s Jean Grey in action. Erm, at least, she will be once Singer gets out of the way.
He posted the above photo on Wednesday morning. In it, he’s demonstrating the use of a bow and arrow for a closeup — probably for the particular shot he wants.
A few hours later, however, he added a cell phone video of the scene’s playback:
If Turner’s mouthed words are to be believed, the shot Singer took in his demonstration was apparently “amazing.” Though I’m sure she’ll do better in the finished product.
