It’s been five months since we saw the first official trailer for the Peanuts Movie. On Tuesday, a second trailer surfaced which further gives us a peak at the nostalgic new movie from 20th Century Fox. It may be a CG movie but — upon viewing the above trailer — it feels like Blue Sky Studios actually may have got it right.
Back in 2012, Fox acquired the rights to Charles Schulz‘s famed comic strip to bring a new story to the big-screen. The entire gang is here, and it seems that dear old Charlie Brown is still, well, Charlie Brown. If only we could all be so lucky to have our own Snoopy to support us when life beats us down. Good grief, indeed.
Steve Martino (Ice Age: Continental Drift) directed the movie which was written by Cornelius Uliano, along with Schulz’s son Craig and grandson Bryan. All three join Paul Feig as producers on the flick, which will hit theaters on November 6.
