El Rey Network has a lot of shows geared toward the UPROXX crowd, from the insider trivia and conversation of The Director’s Chair to the best pro-wrestling show on TV in Lucha Underground, but the most gruesome and UPROXX-specific in a walk is the television adaptation of Robert Rodriguez’s From Dusk Till Dawn.
Season 2 starts up Aug. 25, but is seeing its world premiere at the ATX Television Festival this Saturday, June 6. To celebrate, El Rey sent us over an exclusive image (look up, if you missed it). I can’t say anybody’s going to turn into a dragon and fly away like they do on Lucha Underground, but I also can’t confidently say they won’t, so that’s as good a reason as any to watch.
El Rey is doing some sincerely cool sh*t, so if you get a chance to be in Austin at the festival this Saturday or happen to be near a television or whatever in August, check this out.
