Drama at Hogwarts! Draco Malfoy had a birthday this week and a fan asked J.K. Rowling how old he’d be right now. Rowling didn’t just let the fan know Draco’s age, she also let out a bit of frustration at not being invited to his birthday party.

To be fair to Draco, though, I don’t think any of us would be inviting someone who was trying to kill our game to our parties. Can you imagine Rowling walking around the party, sipping some kind of smoking martini and telling Draco’s guests (many of them probably in love with his bad boy charm) exactly why they shouldn’t like him? Yeah, my owl would have also lost that invite in transit.
