Batman is set to appear in Justice League next year, so you know what that means – it’s time to bust another Batsuit or two out of the Bat-closet. Boy, that Bruce Wayne guy changes outfits more often than Lady Gaga. Earlier this year, Justice League director Zack Snyder teased that Ben Affleck would be sporting a new “Tactical Batsuit” in the movie, and we got a brief glimpse of it in the background of this photo…

…but we’ve yet to see the new duds on Ben’s brawny shoulders. Well, that changes now, as Snyder has posted a new shot of Batfleck in all this tactical glory. Check it out, below.

Not bad at all. From the neck down, the new ensemble basically looks like the Batsuit from Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy (albeit wrapped around a much beefier frame), while the new mask resembles Night Owl’s from Zack Snyder’s Watchmen. Those were two pretty solid cinematic superhero costumes, so why not combine ’em? I’d definitely say the new Batsuit has a tactical edge over the one Ben Affleck wore in Batman v Superman, which was unique, but was perhaps a little too comic book inspired for its own good.
Things get Batastically Batactical when Justice League hits theaters November 17, 2017.
