Michael Bay Just Revealed What Casey Jones Will Look Like In ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2’

We’ve been getting enormous piles of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 news straight from the source in the last few days. We’ve already covered the costume change everybody cares about the most, but Bay’s still up on it, tweeting out the first look at Stephen Amell as Casey Jones.

This leaves us with two questions.

1) Where the hell do you find a hockey mask like that, because that is definitely not off the rack.

2) Will he tell any of the Foot that they have failed this city?

Joking aside, it’s actually a good look, very stripped down. Over the years, Casey has been covered in Rob-Liefeld levels of sporting equipment, so it’s nice to see him taken back to basics, even if inevitably he’s going to show up in full hockey gear later in the movie.

To be honest, I mostly want to see Stephen Amell in action as Casey. Amell’s a fitness fan who was doing Ninja Warrior-style stunts as a hobby well before he started slinging arrows on the CW, so presumably he’s been cast because he can do some parkour, beat up a few people, and maybe take his shirt off for the moms in the audience. Hey, they’ve got Megan Fox running around in a Britney Spears costume, there’s got to be some equal time.
