The first trailer for Pixels was surprisingly good for a recent Adam Sander / Kevin James joint. It was filled with ’80s gaming nostalgia and nary a racist-ass joke about First Nations people.
Now Sony has released a second trailer, and, although it hits a lot of the same beats as the first, we still appreciate seeing Peter Dinklage impersonate Donkey Kong while wearing handcuffs (dude loves dancing in handcuffs).
There’s also a fun moment with Kevin James — who plays the President of the United States (!) — killing a smurf. As one should.
These Pixels trailers are also making me hate Pac-Man. That dude really gobbles balls.
