Donald Trump wasn’t the only entertaining standout from Thursday night’s GOP Debate. During the primetime political affair airing on Fox News, Universal Pictures presented a new teaser trailer for their upcoming Steve Jobs biopic. It’s been a little over a month since the first trailer for the Danny Boyle-directed film premiered and gives us a bit more insight into Michael Fassbender’s performance as the tech icon. There seems to be plenty of drama to go around within the film, be it Jobs and his business partners, Jobs and his family, Jobs and his friends, Jobs and himself, and just the trials of “changing the world” in front of a mass audience. There’s also white sneakers galore (something that makes it a little difficult to take all the drama seriously, but we’ll have to try).
Written by Aaron Sorkin, the movie is an adaptation of the Walter Isaacson biography of the same name and also stars Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak and Jeff Daniels (still devouring that Sorkin dialogue like cheap drugs). Steve Jobs will hit theaters on October 9th.
