In what sounds like the worst episode of Lip Sync Battle ever, Jimmy Kimmel surprised Zac Efron with a little footage from his past. He might not be making it to a High School Musical reunion, but Zac Efron does get to relive his real high-school days thanks to this home movie. Not only is Efron playing Snoopy in a production of You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, but he’s also busting out the dance moves.
This is back in the late ’90s/early 2000s, so it’s not that old despite looking like it was filmed in the ’80s. It also helps that his dance moves are also from that decade. He attempts to bust them out on the Jimmy Kimmel stage, but only does a little slide and stops quickly, clearly not wanting to show up the host.

Efron also shared this backstage photo where he just happens to have his shirt off. He knows his audience, I’m sure. That’s why they brought him out early to hug some special lady in the crowd and show off a bit with his boombox. The guy is well aware that he is a doll brought to life and gifted the muscles of a high-school athlete. To the rest of us, though, he will always be Snoopy now.
