Yesterday, the internet collectively realized they were just waiting for an opening to roast Taylor Swift. And now, Kim Kardashian is keeping the #TaylorSwiftIsOverParty raging with a new preview clip from Keeping Up with the Kardashians where she accuses the 1989 singer of “playing the victim” in her long-standing feud with Kim’s hubby Kanye West.
In the video, Kim is talking about a GQ interview in which she claimed that Taylor Swift approved Kanye’s controversial “Famous” lyric, only to backtrack once the song was released.
“I never talk sh*t about anyone like publicly, especially in interviews. But I was just like ‘I have so had it.’ I just felt like I wanted to defend [Kanye] in it,” she said. “It’s just another way to play the victim. Definitely got her a lot of attention the first time.”
In a confessional cut throughout the clip, Kim explains that she’s grown tired of constantly hearing attacks on Kanye’s character.
“At this point, I don’t give a f*ck,” she said. “I’ll do whatever it takes to defend my husband.”
Later in the clip, Kardashian adds that Kanye called Swift and spoke to her about “Famous,” adding that Taylor Swift helped rewrite part of the song. Somebody check the TLOP credits for Nils Sjoberg.
