Would you ever consider spending $1000 for a single game ticket to see the Milwaukee Brewers? No, of course you wouldn’t. But what if I told you that you could hold on to that ticket for as long as you’d like and use it any day in the future, including a potential World Series game? Okay stop laughing. I realize it’s the Brewers who haven’t been to a World Series since 1982, but a new promotion by the team called the Timeless Ticket dares a select number of fans to dream.
This unique (promotional) opportunity allows the owner to redeem their Timeless Ticket for an actual ticket to any single future Brewers game at Miller Park, whether it’s in 2015 or 2050, or whether it’s Opening Day or the 7th game of the World Series. Plus, the package now includes ticket vouchers to attend nine additional Brewers regular season games of the owner’s choice (excluding Opening Day and Postseason).
To redeem the ticket, the owner just needs to contact the Brewers Box Office with their unique Timeless Ticket information as well as a photo ID and the date of the game he or she would like to attend…In addition, Timeless Ticket holders may purchase up to three additional companion tickets for the redeemed game at the single game box office price.
There’s also some kind of personalized bronze statue involved that you get to keep, but did you get all that? If the Brewers ever make it back to the World Series, you and three of your friends will get to go, all because of TIMELESS TICKET!!!!
The promotion is limited to only 1,000 fans, and I’m still not sure how the logistics would work if one of the redeeming fans chooses to attend a game that’s already sold out. But those details aren’t important right now. What IS important is that we all jump on the Brewers bandwagon and support the owners of Timeless Ticket!!!
