Last night, Dana Perino of the Fox News talk show The Five dropped by The Daily Show for a chat with Jon Stewart. Normally, I’d expect more verbal sparring between Stewart and an employee of Fox News, but I have to give the lady some credit for seemingly having a basic understanding of how mind-numbingly dumb her show is.

The highlight of the interview — right behind Stewart making fun of Eric Bolling’s dog “Freedom,” named such after the 9/11 towers — was Perino optimistically proposing a “mashup” of The Daily Show and The Five, suggesting that the combination would be like “chocolate and peanut butter.” Stewart, on the other hand, clearly had a different comparison in mind.
