Since David “Puck” Rainey was on The Real World: San Francisco in 1994, where he clashed with his roommates over everything from his terrible personal hygiene to his fondness for wearing shirts featuring guns arranged in the image of a swastika, he’s worked as a truck driver, been arrested for domestic violence, was involved in a car crash because he was drunk, and most distressingly, lived in Alabama. To paraphrase a matchbox twenty song that would later rock the worlds of Real World 1994 cast members, he wishes the real world would stop hassling him. And the world agrees.
Real World legend David “Puck” Rainey is officially locked up in a California state prison…TMZ has learned — after he was convicted of stalking a woman earlier this year.
The details surrounding the stalking incident are unclear, but according to court docs, 44-year-old Rainey — who starred in Real World: San Francisco in 1994 — committed the crime on February 22nd. The docs don’t state explicitly that Rainey had violated a restraining order in the process — but he was sentenced to more than one year in prison for the crime, which suggests he violated a court order. Under the “Occupation” listing on Puck’s Wikipedia page, it reads, “miscellaneous jobs.” I’ve always considered “stalking” more of a hobby, but what do I know? Not the real world, apparently, nor how to style yourself like a member of Crazy Town, something Puck’s clearly mastered.
