We’ve known for about a month now that Jon Stewart’s final Daily Show would take place on August 6, but we now have a premiere date for the big debut of Trevor Noah. New York Times entertainment reporter Dave Itzkoff tweeted the following earlier this morning:

So, there you have it. By that point, we may have even finished grieving the loss of Jon Stewart. Oh, who am I kidding. We won’t even have come close.
