Here we go. A novice bodybuilder begins by making a mental math mistake, only to be corrected by a meathead/mathlete hybrid capable of counting days and executing basic division:

I typically work out for 60-90 minutes, I push my self and raise the weight each week.
steviekm3: That makes no sense. There are only 7 days in a week. If you go every other day that is 3.5 times a week.
You might think this would lead to a fight between m1ndless and steviekm3, but this is a bodybuilding forum. The testosterone is trap-deep, and two completely unrelated parties take the proverbial baton:

If you workout on the 8th, you wouldnt start counting the days til the 9th, because that is one day, then the 10th would be two days, and so on until you get to the 22nd, which is 14 days.
