‘Amazing Spider-Man 2’ Reveals Another Deleted Scene

The Amazing Spider-Man 2 crammed a lot into a very small space. But there was almost a lot more of it, as deleted scenes like this show.

Courtesy of TotalFilm, mostly this scene explains how, precisely, Dane DeHaan’s Green Goblin bumped off the douchebag who stole the company from him and left him to die from an agonizing and rapidly progressing genetic disease after being denied crucial materials from his best friend and being cut off from every possible source of funding and research.

…Wait, why is the Goblin the bad guy in this movie again? Anyway, it’s not the disaster area that was the leaked Richard Parker deleted scene, but it’s also not surprising they cut out Colm Feore being chucked down a shaft like the Ronny Cox stand-in his character so blatantly is. It also makes us wonder what else was cut out, considering the original movie was nearly two and a half hours long, and Spidey chatting with a five year old made the cut. Maybe cut out the kid next time and have more Colm Feore killings, guys.
