There are so many Comic-con type ventures these days, it’s tough to keep track. This week brings us Wondercon, sister convention to the San Diego Comic-con out in L.A. and with it comes some new, comical news about the next installment in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise.

The producers of Out of the Shadows, the sequel to to 2014’s hit reboot, announced at a panel for the movie that SNL alum and current Portlandia star and sometimes Seth Meyers bandleader Fred Armisen will voice supervillain Krang in the new movie. Krang, a floating brain who exists around the mid-section of an android, also happens to be a warlord from another dimension. You know, like most floating brains who exist around the mid-sections of androids are.

Armisen’s work in TMNT: Out of the Shadows was such a well-kept secret, not even his or the movie’s IMDB pages list his performance as a credit yet. Producer Andrew Form told the panel, “Anyone who’s a fan of Krang will love what Fred is doing. It’s unbelievable,” as per Deadline.

Form and co-producer Brad Fuller, joined on stage by co-stars Megan Fox and Stephen Amell, also unveiled some footage from Out of the Shadows for the audience at the Microsoft Theater, featuring Fox’s April O’Neill on the run from some angry ninjas only to be saved by Amell’s Casey Jones. Sounds exciting. And with the presence of Armisen, it sounds potentially pretty funny too.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows hits theaters on June 3.
