Dolphins are truly magical creatures. Mostly everyone loves them. But does anyone really need a dolphin tattoo? More importantly, do they need a dolphin tattoo in the side of his or her head? That question will be answered tonight on “Tattoos After Dark” (Tues. May 13 at 10:00 p.m. ET on Oygen). If you haven't seen the show, it's from the producer of “Jersey Shore” (SallyAnn Salsano), so you already know she has an eye for colorful talent. In this case, rather literally.
The series follows the after-hours bad decisions that pop up at the House of Ink and Ink Kandy, two Los Angeles area tattoo shops. Some people just drink too much and feel horrible the next day. Other people, unlucky people, try to get bat tattoos on their face or ask for matching tattoos with a guy they just met. Besides Dolphin Guy, who not only appears to be stone cold sober but really loves dolphins (so maybe he is the guy meant to get a dolphin tattoo on the side of his head), this episode features a couple getting tattoos because their spirit guide told them to do it. Their spirit guide. Really, there should be a waiting period for this stuff.
