They ain't afraid of no ghosts.
While the release of the hotly anticipated “Ghostbusters” movie is still a year away, the film”s director Paul Feig took a moment to help tide fans over with a photo of the apparition combatants.
With the hashtag, “#whoyougonnacall” Feig sent a picture on Twitter of Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon, Kristen Wiig and Leslie Jones in full ghostbusting uniforms standing in front of the iconic Ecto-1 car.
This is the third “Ghostbusters” movie, but the first since 1989. Those films featured Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson and were wildly popular, grossing more than $500 million worldwide (almost $1.1 billion in today”s dollars).
“Ghostbusters,” which also stars Chris Hemsworth and Andy Garcia is scheduled for a July 2016 release.
