Over the weekend, CBS slowly rolled out bits of Donald Trump’s post-election 60 Minutes interview. A few highlights included Trump vowing not to take the customary $400,000 salary allotted to presidents, and one of his first statements was that his new job will be “so big, so enormous.” He declared his intent to immediately deport millions of undocumented immigrants but confirmed that he won’t entirely dismantle Obamacare. And above, Trump tells Leslie Stahl how he’s “fine” with same-sex marriage.

Trump’s rationale about this issue involved him stating, “It’s irrelevant because it was already settled. It’s law.” He was referring to the June 2015 SCOTUS ruling, which caused plenty of joy across the 50 states. But Trump seems to believe that, in this instance, a decided case can never be revisited by SCOTUS: “It was settled in the Supreme Court. I mean it’s done … these cases have gone to the Supreme Court. They’ve been settled. And … I th … I’m … I’m fine with that.”
