I like to shake out my limbs, do jumping jacks, grunt and pound my chest like a caveman before getting into a lift. It’s moronic and barbaric but whatever, it works. This woman on the other hand? Well, her routine is much more refined and graceful—and probably better for your health and well-being.
I make fun of Crossfit a lot and yes, they deserve nearly all the criticism that comes their way. But I applaud this woman right here. That was damn fine work ma’am.
