What’s On Tonight: Dan Harmon’s Other Show Is Really Good, Too

Rick and Morty (Adult Swim, 10 p.m.) — I’ve really liked Rick and Morty so far. The characters are impressively developed after only two episodes, the jokes are quick and often sinister, and it’s visually impressive. Tonight, Rick sends Morty inside someone with a device. A Masters of Sex crossover already?

How I Met Your Mother (CBS, 8 p.m.) — Marshall FINALLY arrives at the fireworks factory, er, Farhampton Inn.

Almost Human (Fox, 8 p.m.) — Kennex and Dorian investigate a strange death at a hospital, and discover a black market for vital organs. If it’s anything like the Battlestar episode with black markets, NOPE.

Monday Night Football (ESPN, 8:25 p.m.) — Dear god, so many fantasy leagues are in the hands of Joe Flacco, whose Ravens travel to Detroit to play the Lions tonight. That’s terrifying.

Mom (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) — This week’s delicious episode title: “Corned Beef and Handcuffs.” Cornedcuffs, for short.

LATE NIGHT GUESTS: Will Ferrell and Jameis Winston on Letterman; Meredith Vieira and JB Smoove on Leno; Colin Farrell, Jeanne Tripplehorn, and Megadeth on Kimmel; Joe Theismann on Ferguson; Tom Hanks on Conan; Haifaa Al Mansour on Stewart; and Jonah Peretti on Colbert.
