Every Job Title Ben Wyatt Has Held On ‘Parks And Recreation’

When Ben Wyatt arrived to Parks and Recreation with Chris Traeger during the second season, he appeared to have it all figured out. He was a stern and respectable worker, until there was that whole fiasco where he wouldn’t take off his Letters To Cleo shirt and began dabbling in low-cal calzone. Claymation artistry really opened him up as a character, and showed another side that didn’t quite have things as figured out as well as one might think. But as time progressed *spoiler alert* Ben Wyatt is finally marching towards a second chance at a career in politics that feels inevitable.

It’s just too bad for ole Barney over at Tilton & Radomski Accounting that he’ll probably never get another chance to have Ben quit on him. At least I think he won’t?

The Mayor of Partridge, MN

Being mayor of your hometown when you’re still a teenager might sound cool and all, but how awesome would it be to get impeached?

Indiana State Auditor

Wyatt first established himself as a hard-ass, much to the disdain of the usually easy going Parks and Rec department.

Deputy City Manager of Pawnee

This was the first step in Ben moving on to bigger and better things in Pawnee. And although the immediate future wasn’t as bright as he might have expected, we all know that you have to be brought down to your lowest point to achieve great things. Which is why his next move may have actually been a step in the right direction…

Inventor of the Low-Cal Calzone Zone

Wyatt’s enthusiasm for calzones is only rivaled by Pizza Hut and the “P’zone.” How an endorsement deal between those two never came to fruition is beyond me.

Filmmaker and Claymation Artist

It’s safe to say that “Requiem for a Tuesday” is one of the greatest incomplete works in film history. I may start a Kickstarter for him to finish it up and see if it can win an Oscar. But maybe some things are just better left untouched.

Leslie Knope’s Campaign Manager

Ben was really coming into his own when he took over as Leslie’s campaign manager and strategist. And it was pretty fun to watch him develop techniques to take Bobby Newport down. No matter how sad, or bad you felt for poor Bobby.

CFO of Rent-A-Swag

Perhaps Ben Wyatt’s most admirable quality is his ability to believe in other people, which is why it meant so much when he became CFO of Rent-A-Swag.

President of the Sweetums Foundation

When Ben took on the job at Sweetums, he proved that the company’s tagline “If you can’t beat ’em, Sweetums,” holds some weight.

Tilton & Radomski Accounting

Perhaps my favorite running gag on Parks and Recreation is Ben’s relationship with Barney at Tilton & Radomski. It’s just sad that we may have already seen the last of them this season. At least they’ll always have The Cones of Dunshire.

Board Game Designer

Ben Wyatt is not one to shy away from the nerdy, which is why when he invented “The Cones of Dunshire,” and everything just seemed right in the world.

City Manager of Pawnee

When Chris and Ann left Pawnee it only seemed right that he would take over as the city manager, you know until the whole…

House of Representatives?!

We’re just going to have to wait and see…
