Have you ever visited your local police department’s website and thought, “Sure, this has all of the information I was looking for, but can’t it have just a bit more PIZAZZ?!” Well, take a gander at the website of the Cookeville Police Department, which — as someone on Reddit pointed out — is “the best website ever.” As you arrive at the homepage, you hear the clap of thunder as lightning bolts flash around the screen.
