Last week, Nike Basketball sent Kobe Bryant very special get well wishes by unveiling an ad entitled “You Showed Us.” The black and white features Bryant holding a basketball with a checklist of his accomplishments, all beginning with the phrase “you showed us.” The list concludes with “Now, show us again.”
Now, an unofficial video interpretation of the “you showed us” theme made its way to YouTube. In the nearly five minute clip, accompanying footage is provided to match each of the accomplishments from the original ad. The video’s a reminder of how truly amazing Bryant’s career has been, no matter what his recovery and the future hold for what’s next.
