Watch NYPD Officers Harass And Throw A Man To The Ground For Taking Part In Ellen’s Silly ‘Dance Dare’

Alexander BOK, a New York-based performer/prankster, was surreptitiously shooting a “Dance Dare” video to submit to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, when he made the “mistake” of dancing within sight of a group of NYPD officers. Things got ugly in a hurry.

As you can see in the video above, within seconds of busting out a few moves next to a police vehicle, officers quickly swarmed BOK and began harassing him. “Are you f*cking kidding me?” and “What’s wrong with you?” and “Are you a f*cking asshole?” were among the taunts launched into BOK’s face during the altercation. Eventually, BOK was told to “take a f*cking walk” and shoved to the ground. All because he, uh, danced.

For reference, here’s an old clip of Taylor Swift and Zac Efron taking part in Ellen’s “Dance Dare.” As you can see, the malicious act of harmlessly busting out silly dance moves behind unknowing people is a scourge that must be stopped at all costs.
