Open Thread: Heat Vs. Pacers, Game 6

Game 6’s are always an important game during the NBA Playoffs. The series is 3-2, your team is either going home, advancing, or sometimes it’s for all the marbles. Tonight’s game between the Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers is one of those games, so it is most definitely a must watch.

We’ve seen the games go back and forth, giving the Heat the current advantage. Statistically, the team leading into Game 6 wins the series 80% of the time. And King James is 17-7 when fighting to close out in that dreaded sixth game. But with the essential Chris “Birdman” Andersen having been suspended tonight, Miami loses that power around the rim.

Tonight should be epic, so we’ll leave the comments open and you fine people can talk amongst yourselves.

As a special attraction to our playoff coverage, we’re offering PLAYOFF BADGES! Here’s how it works:

1. “For each Playoff post, you can perform two out of three different activities: share on Twitter, share on Facebook, or drop a comment. Or you can just drop two comments to count as your two activities.

2. Each time you participate you earn a new badge.

3. Each badge lets you work up the ranks of the Playoffs. Your first badge will be the Milwaukee Bucks, but you can eventually work your way up both East and Western Conferences on your way to the NBA Trophy badge. How often you share determines how many badges you earn. Good luck!
