The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp was first spotted in Lee County, South Carolina, in 1988, when 17-year-old Christopher Davis saw something racing toward him while changing a flat tire. “It was about 25 yards away, and I saw red eyes glowing,” he said. “I ran into the car and as I locked it, the thing grabbed the door handle.” Davis got away, but so did the creature, who was described as having “three big fingers, long black nails, and green rough skin.”
There have been other incidents with Lizard Man since — as well as a book, Lizard Man: The True Story of the Bishopville Monster, and an episode of Destination Truth — including a woman this weekend. Sarah, who “my hand to God, I am not making this up,” told ABC News 4 that she “stepped out of [church] to see the Lizard Man running along the tree line.”
She took the photo above, which is either proof that lizard-people are walking among us, or a screencap from Godzilla vs. South Carolina Racism vs. Mechagodzilla II. A day later, another concerned resident submitted a video of the Lizard Man that he filmed in May.
“I saw your lizard-man story and it’s given me the courage to send you a video I took in early May,” the man wrote. “Though my wife believes me that it’s real, she said she would be embarrassed that everyone would think I was a loon so I kept it a secret.” (Via ABC News 4)
It’s truly shocking footage.

When will the government focus on the important issues, and bring Lizard Man to justice?
