Ever since Jon Stewart announced that he will step down from The Daily Show, excuse the hyperbole, but pretty much everyone in the entire universe has been running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to figure out who should replace him. Luckily, last night on The Tonight Show, John Oliver revealed the perfect solution to Jimmy Fallon.
John Oliver pointed out that this whole conversation is moot because the obvious solution would be to have hologram Jon Stewart host the show. Duh! I wonder how that would work. Would non-hologram Jon Stewart collect residuals for that?
Holograms! They’re not just for dead people anymore.
